I was surprised to have the mailman knock on my door with a package today! (We're saving up for family pictures next month, so we haven't bought anything online lately.) It was from Aunt Lorraine and had this BEAUTIFUL quilt inside she made for Malcom
I love the colors . . . and so do both the boys!

Grins!
Look what Malcom can do now!
Its really hard to catch a smile in a picture because the pink camera and flashing light make him make funny faces like this one:
Or this one . . .
There's my smile! These pictures are from the 19th. Today, Marshall was standing near Malcom and Malcom started cooing and smiling like crazy. After all, it always makes people smile back, right? Not Marshall! He just ignored him and Malcom made the cutest confused faces! It was too cute!

Lookie What I Can Do!
Sometimes we don't notice Marshall is growing. Until he can do somethingnew and exciting. One day, I noticed that Marshall can reach things on the edge of the counter tops. This is something I failed to mention to the other grown ups that live in my house . . . .
So, Mandy left a bag of candy on the edge of the counter and Marshall decided he'd like a piece. But he'd definately have to look at ALL of it first!
And CRASH!
He could wade in it! I was nursing Malcom, so I couldn't stop him. I decided not to yell (he wouldn't listen anyway) and took pictures. After all, you're only two once.
This is what I gathered up afterward. :D

A Rare and Momentus Occasion . . .
The boys SHARING Mommy!
I was burping Malcom after a feeding and Marshall got jealous (surprise, surprise) but he climbed up on the arm of the chair and Auntie Mandy helped him sit by me. And yes, he is poking himself in the eye with string cheese. Welcome to the weird world of the two year old.
I liked how Malcom kept reaching over to touch Marshall's arm . . . he LOVES his big brother. And Yo Gabba Gabba. And sleep. And Football. Marshall just loves to have some attention these days!

Life with Mom
Daddy went back to work this week! The boys are adjusting to life with just mom and, well, WAITING THEIR TURN! :) Sorry its taken me a few days to post these pictures . . . its just been busy around here!
Marshall likes to hide out between the pack and play and the couch and read his I Spy board book.
We've discovered that footie sleepers help Malcom sleep longer at night since he can'tkick his feet out of the blankets and get them cold so he wakes up. No more onesies or sleeper sacks unless its a hot night!

I love this sleeper. Even if he did puke on his shoulder when I was taking pictures. ;) Its The Very Hungry Caterpillar!
